First degree holder in history from the university of Buea and coordinator of Girls Leadership Program FFAC.  As coordinator of the program Aissatou assists in planning and organization of activities, such as workshops, educative talk with girls, writing reports of activities and documenting. She also assists in identifying girls with leadership skills and building their capacities
